Kade Cum­mings

Born in the USA in 1999, Kade Cummings was trained as a professional dancer at Elite Classical Coaching in Dallas and at the Juilliard School in New York, from which he graduated in 2021. During his studies he received several scholarships and awards in the field of classical as well as contemporary dance. He participated in various intensives, such as the Summer Intensive of the Joffrey Chicago, Alonzo King Lines and Nederlands Dans Theater, where he acquired repertory knowledge from choreographers such as Jiří Kylián, Mats Ek, Crystal Pite, Paul Lightfoot & Sol León and Alexander Ekman, among others. He has danced in choreographies by José Limón, Martha Graham, Andrea Miller, Nelly van Bommel and Bryan Arias, among others. From the 2021/2022 season, Kade Cummings will be a company member of the Staatstheater Nürnberg Ballet.
